Active ingredients & how it works: Contains urea hydrogen peroxide with glycerol and other excipients. The formulation has a dual action: oxygen is released as the peroxide breaks down the wax, while the vehicle softens and loosens the plug, helping it to disperse and clear from the canal.

Indications: For the quick softening and dispersal of stubborn or hardened earwax in adults, including prior to earwax removal procedures.

Age range: Usually marketed as suitable for adults; use in children should be on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.

How to use:

• Read carton and leaflet instructions in full.
• Tilt the head with the affected ear facing upwards.
• Apply enough drops to completely fill the ear canal, avoiding contact of the dropper with the ear.
• Maintain the head position for several minutes to allow oxygen release and penetration into the wax plug.
• Use once or twice daily for a short course (typically up to 3–4 days) or as directed.
• If the wax does not clear, seek professional ear care rather than prolonged self‑treatment.
• Always follow the PIL otherwise

Warnings & precautions (summary – not exhaustive):

• Do not use if you know or suspect a perforated eardrum, or if you have middle‑ear disease.
• Avoid in the presence of active ear infection, acute ear pain, discharge, or recent trauma.
• Stop treatment and consult a clinician if you experience severe irritation, rash, vertigo, or worsening symptoms.
• Avoid simultaneous use with other ear preparations unless specifically advised.
