Active ingredients & how it works: Contains olive oil delivered via a pump‑action spray. The spray mechanism produces a fine stream of oil that coats and softens earwax, similar in effect to olive oil drops but with controlled dosing and reduced spillage.

Indications: For softening and loosening earwax prior to earwax removal procedures such as microsuction or irrigation, and for regular maintenance in patients prone to wax build‑up.

Age range: Generally marketed for adults and older children; always check the specific age recommendations on the pack. Use in younger children only under clinician advice.

How to use:

• Attach and position the nozzle as described in the product instructions.
• Gently pull the outer ear upwards and backwards and insert the tip just into the ear opening, without forcing.
• Press the pump once or twice to deliver the recommended number of sprays.
• Keep the head tilted briefly so the oil can coat the wax.
• Repeat in the other ear if instructed.
• Use daily or as directed for several days before planned wax removal, or as a maintenance regimen for recurrent wax.
• Always follow the PIL otherwise

Warnings & precautions (summary – not exhaustive):

• Do not use if the nozzle is damaged or contaminated – to avoid introducing infection.
• Avoid use if you have active ear infection, ear pain of unknown cause, perforated eardrum, or recent ear surgery, unless advised by a specialist.
• Advise patients that transient muffled hearing or a feeling of fullness is common as wax softens.
• Discontinue and seek advice if significant irritation, rash or dizziness develops.
