Active ingredients & how it works: Contains 100% natural ‘Sea Serum’ – purified, sterile, isotonic seawater rich in bicarbonates and mineral salts. The gentle seawater jet mechanically disperses and washes away excess wax and debris without harsh chemicals.

Indications: For regular cleansing of the outer ear canal, helping to prevent wax build‑up and to maintain a feeling of cleanliness. Can support wax management in patients prone to recurrent accumulation, including children and adults, when used as directed.

Age range: Generally suitable from around 6 months of age to adults and the elderly, but always check the specific product leaflet for exact age limits.

How to use

• Use in an upright position as described in the leaflet.
• Place the nozzle at the entrance of the ear canal – do not insert deeply.
• Press to deliver a short spray into the ear, then allow the solution to act briefly.
• Tilt the head to allow excess fluid and loosened debris to drain out, then gently dry the outer ear.
• For maintenance, use several times per week (e.g. 2–3 times) as recommended; frequency may be higher during an initial cleansing phase.
• Always follow the PIL otherwise

Warnings & precautions (summary – not exhaustive):

• Not intended for use in patients with known perforated eardrum, ear tubes (grommets), or after certain types of ear surgery – seek specialist advice.
• Do not use in the presence of active ear infection or acute ear pain unless advised.
• As with any spray, avoid forceful use that may cause discomfort.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if pain, significant dizziness or persistent irritation occurs.
