Ear microsuction is a gentle and effective way to remove ear wax using a small suction device. It’s quick, clean, and much safer than syringing. The suction device and anything passed down the ear canal can viewed while in use via an otoscope camera.
Not at all. Most people find it comfortable and even satisfying! You might hear some light suction sounds, but it’s over in minutes.
Ear microsuction usually takes 10–20 minutes depending on each case. Wellness checks take around 15-20 minutes.
If you’re coming for ear microsuction, use olive oil drops for 2–3 days beforehand to soften the wax. This can be purchased via our shop or collected at the Drub Pod. No preparation is needed for wellness checks.
Our wellness check is a basic health MOT for a peace of mind that can be shared with your healthcare provider. The checks involve checking both ears for wax, a basic vision test, blood pressure check, heart rate, temperature, oxygen saturations and peak flow. Please note that we do the checks but do not diagnose or discuss the outcomes.
We’re based at the Greenford Quay Kiosk, located in Greenford, West London — with easy access and parking nearby. Come enjoy a walk by the canal, grab a sandwich or coffee, and leave the cleaning to us!
Absolutely, there is a secure car park for visitors and is completely free for up to 2 hours.
Yes, however we recommend you call 1 hour prior to ensure the technician is on site and available to operate. Payment will then be made on-site via card only. We do not accept cash payments.
Yes indeed, we are open 6 days a week including Saturdays. In addition, we offer out-of-hours evening appointments between 7pm and 10pm. If this still does not suit your commitments, we offer home visits at times which suit your needs.
At Drub, our prices are extremely competitive and fair. However, if you find a local clinic offering ear microsuction at a cheaper price, share this with us and we will promise to match. The current definition of “local” are the postcodes of HA0, HA9, UB6, UB6, HA4 and W5.
