Active ingredients & how it works: Contains a blend of organic essential oils along with propolis and blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) extract. These ingredients form a protective film on the skin, help to soften and emulsify wax, and provide soothing, cleansing and protective effects on the ear canal.

Indications: For removal of excessive earwax, for cleansing and protecting the ear canal, and for soothing redness, irritation and dryness associated with wax build‑up or minor external ear irritation. Suitable for users who prefer natural ingredient‑based ear care.

Age range: Generally suitable for adults and children; the minimum age and specific cautions should be checked in the product leaflet. Often used in people with hearing aids as well.

How to use (summary – always follow PIL):

• Shake the bottle gently if instructed.
• Tilt the head so that the treated ear is uppermost.
• Apply the recommended number of drops into the ear canal using the supplied dropper, without inserting it deeply.
• Keep the head tilted for a few minutes so the drops can spread and act on the wax and skin.
• Use once or twice daily for several days for wax management, or as directed in the leaflet for ongoing soothing and cleansing.

Warnings & precautions (summary – not exhaustive):

• Check for allergy to propolis, essential oils or any listed ingredients before use.
• Do not use if the eardrum is perforated, if there is ear discharge or suspected middle‑ear infection.
• Avoid use in case of severe ear pain or marked swelling without medical assessment.
