Active ingredients & how it works: Contains extra‑virgin, medical‑grade olive oil as the active ingredient. The oil penetrates and softens compacted wax and can make subsequent removal easier.

Indications: For softening earwax in adults and children, particularly for patients who prefer a peanut‑free, simple oil preparation prior to earwax removal procedures.

Age range: Commonly stated as suitable for adults, the elderly and children over 1 year, with children under 5 generally advised to use under medical supervision.

How to use:

• Tilt head sideways with the affected ear uppermost.
• Using the dropper, instil 2–3 drops of oil at room temperature into the ear canal, without inserting the dropper.
• Gently massage around the outside of the ear.
• Keep the head tilted for a few minutes to help the oil reach the wax plug.
• Repeat in the other ear if necessary.
• Use once or twice daily for up to about 7 days (or as specified on the pack) before attempting wax removal.
• Always follow the PIL otherwise

Warnings & precautions (summary – not exhaustive):

• Check for known olive‑oil sensitivity before use (rare).
• Do not use if there is a suspected perforated eardrum, ear infection, or unexplained discharge.
• If symptoms persist, or if irritation or pain occurs, discontinue and seek advice.

Discard the bottle within the time frame stated in the leaflet after first opening (e.g. 28 days).
