Active ingredients & how it works: Contains 100% medicinal‑grade olive oil (Olive Oil BP). The oil acts as a natural lubricant, seeping into and around the wax plug, softening it so it can break down and clear more easily.

Indications: For people with dry or hardened earwax, or as a gentler alternative to peroxide‑based drops, including those wanting a more ‘natural’ option before wax removal procedures.

Age range: Typically suitable for adults, the elderly, and children over 5 years. Younger children should only use under medical supervision as per pack and leaflet advice.

How to use:

• Tilt the head so the affected ear faces upwards.
• Without inserting the dropper into the canal, squeeze 2–3 drops into the ear opening.
• Gently massage around the outside of the ear to encourage the oil to move down the canal.
• Keep the head tilted for a few minutes to allow the drops to reach the wax.
• A small piece of cotton wool may be placed at the entrance to the ear to reduce leakage, if recommended.
• Use once or twice daily for several days (for example up to 7 days) or as directed on the pack prior to wax removal.
• Always follow the PIL otherwise

Warnings & precautions (summary – not exhaustive):

• Do not use if there is known hypersensitivity to olive oil.
• Avoid use in suspected perforated eardrum, ear surgery history involving the eardrum, or if there is active discharge from the ear.
• If symptoms persist despite treatment or hearing worsens, arrange review.
• Discard the product within the recommended period after first opening, as stated on the pack.
